Oh Belle

The first great album of 2006 is Belle & Sebastian's The Life Pursuit. It doesn't quite reach the level of 1996's If You're Feeling Sinister, but it's still quite wonderful. The group seems much happier these days, and their songs are little pop-rock gems.
