Hooray for Synecdoche
Charlie Kaufman's "Synecdoche, New York" is:1. One of the most bizarre movies I have ever seen.
2. Essentially about everything.
3. An amazing display of female performances.
4. Occasionally maddening.
5. The best film I've seen so far this year.

I love Kaufman's work and I'm dying to see this film.
Jealous that you saw this! Anyway, how's it going? I finally posted a blog with some updates, so head over and give it a read. When will the 'real world' get a chance to see Kaufman's directorial debut? :)
